Mira Costa has a Strong Track and Field Team with alot of C.I.F. athletes returning. Some of our athletes have already started competing in local Track and Field Showcase Meets to help sharpen their abilities going into season. Here are some of the outstanding stats from our Mustangs.
Events like The Pole Vault Summit, Winter Championship Meet series, and Local All Comers meets are just a few on the radar. These Track Meets will help our athletes continue to develop their skills against local competition. Our First Home Track and Field Meet will be Saturday February 22nd. Come
The Track and Field team has had a strong start in their preparation for the 2024 season. During this time, 60 new athletes earned a spot on the Track and Field roster making our team even stronger. The Athletes and Coaches are EXCITED for what’s ahead.

Retired American Sprinter Walter Dix stopped by our Saturday morning weight room workout to share his story about his Track and Field experience with some of our Track team.
