Congratulations to USA Water Polo JO All-Americans: Jake Cater and Bernardo Herzer, and the USA Water Polo Academic All-Americans: Matthew Fry*, Nicholas Gregan, Hunter Kolodziej, Rex Robins* and Ryan Rossow* (*with Honors for GPA over 4.0)
Mira Costa Boy’s Water Polo Season is well underway. The Mustangs won their first game against Murrieta Valley at home and lost their second game against Orange Lutheran at Santiago Canyon College. In between, they competed in the Santa Barbara High School Invitational where they finished 12thagainst some very strong Division I Teams. After playing Redlands East Valley next week on 9/17 at the Costa Pool at 3PM, they will travel to San Diego to compete in the AFC Invitational Tournament.
They will play their first league games against Peninsula High School (at Peninsula) and Palos Verdes High School (at Mira Costa) on September 24th and 25th.
Please come cheer on your Mustangs on September 17thand 25that the Costa Pool and enjoy great food while supporting the team at the snack stand!
