Boys Water Polo defeats Palos Verdes on Senior night!

Last week on Senior night, Mira Costa beat Palos Verdes 9-8 in the second Bay League match up between the two teams. This was the final home game before CIF playoffs. The Mustangs move to 4-1 in Bay League play and 16-7 overall. Also, Senior Water Polo player, Yusef Abdul-Cader was named Homecoming King on Friday at the Homecoming game!

The previous week, varsity went 2-2 with wins over Peninsula and LB Wilson and losses to Dana Hills and Loyola (in a lightning-shortened game). JV went 3-1 at the Servite Tournament.

Coming up, Costa will face Redondo, Los Osos, and Agoura before heading into CIF playoffs.
