Costa hosts final Bay League meet against Redondo
Mira Costa hosted the last Bay League Meet of the season against rivals Redondo Union on Thursday. Mira Costa won 3 of the 4 divisions on the day with outstanding results. The Girls Frosh Soph (94-36), Boys Frosh Soph (82-49) and Boys Varsity (77-59) – all finished the season as undefeated Bay League Champions. While the Girls Varsity (54-82) came in as Bay League Runner Ups. All in all, a great season as we come into the Bay League Prelims and Finals this week.
Prior to the meet, the team paid tribute to our seniors many of who will sadly compete for Mira Costa for their last times over the coming 5 weeks. As you can see below, we will say goodbye to some talented athletes. We all wish them every success at college.
