Four-peat Bay League Champions!

Costa Swim is proudly undefeated for the fourth consecutive year in every meet at all levels (Girls & Boys Varsity and Girls & Boys JV), earning our fourth Bay League championship title in a row. Our team had its best finish ever at the Division 1 CIF-SS Championship meet. The girls team of 8 swimmers placed 2nd overall for the 2nd straight year, runner up to a private school team of 24. CIF Champions leading the way were Delaney Herr (50 Free), Bella Brito (100 Breast), and the Girls 200 Medley Relay team of Herr, Brito, Andi Taylor and Maya Manasfi. The Costa boys placed 4th, the highest ever placing in Costa Boys Swimming history. With 13 school records broken this season alone, our local success culminated in our first ever participation at the Division 1 CIF State meet in Clovis, CA, where our team of 7 made us proud, highlighted by 1st place finishes for Bella Brito in the 200 free and 100 Breast.
Congratulations to our 14 graduating seniors in their future endeavors; we are eager to see those who are continuing their swim careers in college flourish: Delaney Herr – Princeton, Bella Brito – USC, Heather O’Brien – Cal State East Bay, Fred Brown – Emory College, Anderson Bennett – University of Puget Sound, and Jack Krikorian – Chapman University.
