Swim and Dive is a Spring Sport.
Swim and Dive is a cut sport. There will be Varsity and Junior Varsity Teams, which are competitive groups and athletes will be expected to attend meets outside of regular school hours, in addition to pre-season dryland training. Full commitment is expected from those who make the team.
Swimmers must swim 100 yards freestyle and 50 yards each of butterfly, breaststroke and backstroke at tryouts.
Previous Club Swimming experience is recommended.
There is no summer obligation.

New and returning swimmers must complete SNAP/8to 18: https://miracosta.8to18.com/accounts/login. by October 12th 2025.
New swimmers must register on Team Unify.

Swim Tryouts: Tuesday October 14th, 2025. Warm-up 2:30pm, tryouts start 3:15pm.

If you missed tryouts, our make-up tryout is on 10/23/25. Arrive at the pool at 4:15pm. If you have not already registered for a make-up, please contact us at: .
