Finishing the conference season strong

At the start of March, we attended SCMUN (Southern California Model United Nations), where our delegates competed well, with eight winning a gavel. We are very proud of our delegates for their hard work, preparation, and strong performances throughout the conference.

As we continue the debate season, a group of 28 students are busy preparing to compete at NHSMUN (National High School Model United Nations). They are beginning their in-class “roasts”, where they will give their speeches and be tested on their debate topics as they prepare to travel from March 17-21.

Following NHSMUN, another group of delegates will travel to Arizona from March 27-30 to compete at AZMUN (Arizona Model United Nations). We are excited for another opportunity to represent our program and look forward to finishing the conference season strong.
