After a successful LAIMUN XXXI, our MUNners are shifting their focus toward upcoming spring conferences.

Our freshmen just competed at Edison Model United Nations’ novice conference and performed extremely well, with some having only been in MUN for the past two weeks. Over 100 Mira Costa delegates will be attending Surf City Model United Nations, making it one of our largest local conference debates of the year. A smaller group of students will also compete at South Bay Invitational Model United Nations the week before. 

In addition, 20 selected delegates will be traveling to attend Harvard Model United Nations. Alongside competing at this prestigious conference, students will have the opportunity to tour Boston and explore the historic city. We are excited to see our delegates represent Mira Costa MUN and look forward to another strong month ahead.
