Emma Barrows traveled to Hong Kong in December to compete in the Hong Kong Sixes tournament.

She helped her team reach the gold medal game, where they faced an Olympic-ready Japan squad, and earned a silver medal. This July, she will compete at the Women’s Lacrosse World Championships in Japan, where 16 nations will compete. A strong performance brings the team closer to Olympic qualification for the 2028 Games in Los Angeles.
