Congratulations to our seniors and season wrap up.

Best of luck and congratulations to our graduating seniors: Luca Heines, Max Hughes, Henry Lorenzen, James Moffett, Dash Rumble, Will Sampson and Brady Stephens.

The varsity squad finished second in the Bay League for the season with a record of 8-2. The JV squad finished 8-3 for the season. Josh Gastelum and Eric daCosta will both advance to the CIF Individual Tournament at Los Robles Greens on May 10. The varsity team will compete in the CIF Championship Tournament on May 15. Go MCHS Boys Golf!

Tryout Info

Boys Golf is a Spring Sport.
Boys Golf tryouts are in Fall and Spring, and players will play 9 holes on the home course. It is recommended to have taken lessons and must be able to at minimum play 9 holes.
Season begins in January and runs through May. Players can expect to have practices/play through February Break and Spring Break. It is optional to take it as a PE class for the remainder of the year.
Players are primarily asked to play and practice on their own in off-season. The team may organize a few special events as well. Coach Cox usually offers a summer golf class at Westchester and that is a good lead in for new players or for those looking for camaraderie and more structure over summer.
There is an optional summer golf class through MB/X Summer School. Please contact Coach Cox several months in advance if you are interested.
IMPORTANT: Incoming Freshmen per CIF rules may not contact the coach until they have graduated from middle school. All inquiries prior to this time should be made through the Booster President or VP
