Summer School Enrollment

MBX Summer School is utilizing Aeries for registration. This is a separate Aeries from Mira Costa. Aeries works best with the Google Chrome Browser. Parents create an account, register their student, choose classes and pay tuition on this system.  Please use a parent email you have access to and check on a regular basis as it will be used for all communication.


NEW MBX SUMMER SCHOOL STUDENTS FOR 2026

Below is helpful information about online summer school enrollment – please review the following information:

  1. Even if your student’s siblings have attended MBX summer school in the past, you will still need to complete the summer school online enrollment for your new student.
  2. To create your Summer School Aries Account, use your personal parent email  and create a password (remember these as you will need them for step 2) here: Create an Aeries Account https://mbx.asp.aeries.net/enrollment/
  3. You will receive an email to your personal email to verify your email address. You can then complete the online enrollment.
  4. The school year will show as 2025-2026 Current School Year as the only option, so choose it.
  5. Use your student’s grade level for Fall 2026.
  6. Before you submit the application, print or save your enrollment information for your records.
  7. DON’T FORGET TO HIT THE FINISH AND SUBMIT BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE
  8. The review and approval process can take up to 48 hours (longer on the weekend).
  9. Once the application is reviewed, you will receive an email, and then you will be able to log in to https://mbx.asp.aeries.net/ and look at the “online store”.
  10. Purchase classes once registration opens on March 12. 2026.

RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION (attended MBX Summer School previously)

  1. To register, log in to Aeries, starting March 12, 2026: https://mbx.asp.aeries.net/
  2. Enter your personal parent email address and password (or “forgot password”).
  3. Once you have logged in, to purchase summer school courses, click the “online store” (located at the top or left side).
  4. You can search for the class in the search bar.
  5. After you have added the classes you want, you will be sent to a third party, Living Tree, for processing.
