After running Cross Country and Track and Field at Mira Costa, Duke University freshman Dalia Frias was named as the Atlantic Coast Conference female freshman of the year for Womens cross country. The ACC is the top conference in NCAA for the sport. We celebrate this achievement and look forward to celebrating many more to come. Congratulations Dalia!
