T & F Halloween Fun

A few of the Track and Field athletes got into the spirit of Halloween by dressing up for practice. A pretty cool range of creativity with some of their ideas. For example Smurfs, Soccer Referee, Vector, Gru, and Barbie just to name a few.

Retired American Sprinter Walter Dix stopped by our Saturday morning weight room workout to share his story about his Track and Field experience with some of our Track team.
