The Mira Costa Orchestras, under the direction of Peter Park, are honored to perform at the iconic Walt Disney Concert Hall on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 8:00 PM. Widely regarded as one of the world’s premier concert venues and home to the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Walt Disney Concert Hall has hosted many of the most distinguished artists and ensembles of our time. For our musicians, the opportunity to perform on this celebrated stage represents both an extraordinary honor and the culmination of years of dedication, artistry, and hard work.

This unforgettable evening will also feature special guest ensembles from the Manhattan Beach Middle School Orchestras, directed by Denise Haslop. The program will feature Felix Mendelssohn’s exhilarating Italian Symphony, alongside masterworks by Hector Berlioz, Edvard Grieg, and Ludwig Maurer, as well as the world premiere of a newly commissioned composition by Los Angeles-based composer Jonathan Beard.
