Exciting news for Mustang Football!

The JV Team finished the season 7-3 and WON BAY LEAGUE! The Frosh Team finished the season 6-4 with a victory over RUHS 34-16! Varsity made it to the CIF playoffs this past month and are slotted in the Division 6 bracket. They won the 1st round vs. Yucaipa High School 28-21 and moved to the Quarter Finals vs. Cypress HS at home last Friday night, November 3rd.  It was the game of games with Nico de la Cruz using every weapon in his arsenal – deep to Reese Leonard or Charlie O’Connor and great running games by both Mattie Miller and freshman, A.J. McBean.  Final score Costa 45 Cypress 27. They move on to the CIF semifinals and head to Murrieta Mesa High School Friday, November 17th at 7p.
