Choral Union News
Choral Union, our 48-voice advanced SSAA Choir, was chosen by CCDA (California Choral Directors Association) as one of eight choirs out of 40 that auditioned from across the state to perform at the first state CCDA Conference. On October 26-27, they will be in retreat in the choir room preparing music for the winter concert and their performance at the conference. The conference is in San Jose March 13-16 and they will perform Thursday, March 14, in St. Joseph’s Basilica, a beautiful venue for this conference.

Vocal Ensemble Update
November 2, Vocal Ensemble will be participating in the Biola University High School Choral Festival. With eight other high school chamber ensembles, this festival showcases some of the best high school performances in California. Vocal Ensemble will be premiering three selections. “Con Amores La Mi Madre” arr. by Bob Chilcott, “Stars” by Erik Eśenvalds and “And The Glory Of The Lord” from “Messiah” by George Frideric Handel. This promises to be a wonderful performance. Good Luck Vocal Ensemble!
