End of Season

Girls Tennis finished the season at the quarterfinals of CIF-SS Division 1. Congratulations!! Best wishes to our graduating seniors: Chanelle Kazamek, Nicole Macias, Kaitlyn McComb and Charlotte Zaumeyer. Tryout Info

Girls’ Tennis is a Fall Sport.
Tennis is a cut-sport (Varsity/JV).

Tryouts are August 15 through August 18, 2023 (Tues-Fri), from 12-4:30 PM at the Mira Costa Courts.

Parents/players are informed by email of the tennis tryout results within a few days of the end of tryouts.

Players should compete at the junior level. It is very difficult to make a team without experience, but it is not required. Girls’ tennis starts a couple of days before the start of school and runs through mid to late November, although 6th-period class continues until the end of the first semester.

There are no organized off-season workouts. Players are encouraged to play junior tennis on their own.

REVISED DATE: There is a mandatory TEAM PARENT will be held on Tuesday, August 22nd, 7 PM, in Classroom 1 of the Athletic Facility
