MCHS Luggage tags are now available for $5 each or 3 for $10!. Attach them to sports bags, instrument cases. backpacks, lunchbox or travel luggage. Show school spirit and purchase a luggage tag today!
There is also new Orchestra Spirit wear available. Sweatshirts are available in 2 colors, PJ bottoms and a new long sleeve shirt.
A very last minute fundraising opportunity has come up and it’s a fun one:
America’s Funniest Video taping fundraiser!
This is a fun opportunity to raise money for the Orchestra Program by attending a taping of America’s Funniest Videos (AFV). Here are the details:
WHAT:- Taping of America’s Funniest Home Videos
WHEN:- Friday, September 21st at 5:00pm, with taping from 7.00 – 9.30 pm
WHERE:- Raleigh Studios, 1600 Rosecrans Ave., Manhattan Beach
DRESS:- Formal, dressy colorful attire that shows up nicely on camera. Bonus: the best dressed person gets a $75 – $100 cash prize!
WHO CAN ATTEND:- Anybody who is at least 16years old

HOW IT WORKS:-
We have a total of 200 seats available to us with 40 seats allotted to audience members ages 16 years and up to 18 years old, and the remaining 160 seats allotted to audience members 18 years old and up. We need a minimum of 10 people who are COMMITTED to form a group and attend the taping to move forward with this fundraiser. We get paid $14 to $18 per person attending, depending on number of people we bring to the AFV audience. It’s that simple. So we encourage you to invite your friends, form a group, and get ready to have a fun evening! It’s a great way to spend your Friday evening and help the Orchestra Program at the same time!
